SBG 400
The SECURE K4 Crash Rated Barrier (Model SCB400) is engineered to withstand an impact force of 656 KJ, meeting the PAS 68 theoretical resistance standard.
Designed with a shallow-mount foundation of just 450 mm, it offers reliable crash protection without extensive civil work. The barrier spans entry widths from 3,000 mm to 7,000 mm with an overall height of 800 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of high-security applications.
Powered by an electro-hydraulic system, the drive mechanism is housed within a robust control cabinet that can be positioned up to 20 meters away from the barrier for flexible installation.

K8 Crash Rated Boom Barriers (M40)
SBG 800
The Secure Crash Barrier is designed to deliver K8-level impact resistance, capable of stopping a 7.5-ton vehicle traveling at 64 km/h.
For enhanced strength, a steel rope integrated within the barrier profile is constructed in compliance with EN 12385-4 + A1:2008 standards. The barrier arm is built using two 100×100×5 mm square profiles, ensuring durability and rigidity.
With a 6-meter span and a total height of 900 mm, the barrier provides robust perimeter security. It features a 500 mm free clearance beneath the arm, with the barrier arm itself measuring 400 mm in height—delivering both effective vehicle mitigation and smooth operational clearance.

The K12 Crash Rated Boom Barrier (M50), Model SCB 1200, is built to withstand the impact of a 6.8-ton vehicle traveling at 80 km/h, fully compliant with ASTM M50 / K12 crash rating standards.
